SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver orders:

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): USPS and UPS

  • International Shipping: USPS and DHL

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.


Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method using Shopify’s shipping calculator.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless store credit is chosen


Shipping Locations

  • United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii

  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide

  • Restricted Countries: We do not ship to Israel

  • P.O. Boxes: Domestic P.O. Box delivery is available via USPS only

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day


Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Domestic: Typically 3–7 business days

  • International: Typically 7–21 business days

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery errors caused by shipping carriers.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached


How to Request a Return

Email najaminstitute1@gmail.com with your order number.

If approved, a USPS return label will be provided.


Store Credit vs Refunds

Store Credit

  • Free return shipping

  • Never expires

  • Can be refunded to the original payment method within 6 months

  • If later refunded to cash, the waived return shipping cost will be deducted

Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on size or preference exchanges

  • Promotional purchases may require additional shipping fees


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless store credit is selected

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

  • We recommend using tracking or shipping insurance
