Returns & Exchanges

We aim to make returns and exchanges with Najam Collection simple and straightforward. Below is a quick overview, followed by full details.

How Returns & Exchanges Work

  1. Request a return by email

  2. Ship your item back using USPS

  3. Receive confirmation once your return is processed

  4. Receive store credit or a refund, or place an exchange order if applicable

We use USPS exclusively for all returns and exchanges.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email Contact@Najaminstitute.org with your order number.

Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid USPS return label. Print the label and attach it to a pouch, poly mailer, or bubble mailer. Drop it off at a USPS location or hand it to your mail carrier.


Store Credit vs Refunds

When returning an item, you may choose store credit or a refund.

Store Credit

  • Works like cash on Najam Collection

  • Can be used with discounts and promotions

  • Never expires

  • Can be refunded to the original payment method within 6 months of issuance

  • After 6 months, store credit can only be used on Najam Collection products

Refunds

If you prefer a refund, let us know in your return request email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 business days.


Return Window

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless stated otherwise.


Sale Items & Promotions

Items purchased during promotions such as Buy One Get One Free are not eligible for free exchanges. Return shipping fees will apply.


International Orders

At this time, international orders are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to customs and international regulations. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details.

We strongly recommend reviewing size charts carefully before placing international orders.


Free Return Shipping for Store Credit

We offer free return shipping if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

If you later request a cash refund for that store credit within 6 months, the previously waived return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.

  • Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded

  • Orders canceled after shipping will be charged outbound and return shipping fees

Orders are often processed within hours, so timing matters.


Return Processing & Notifications

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt and approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Return Shipping for Refunds
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund total or charged separately.
